料理マスターズお仲間のロレオール様はお仕事の都合でお休みする大切な日を私達ために日程を変更してレジェンド伊藤勝康シェフが腕を振るってくださいました。
ホッとする美味しい料理(これこそが気取らず細胞まで喜ぶ料理なのでは無いだろうか?)
伊藤シェフの哲学までしっかり学ばさせて頂きました。
足を運んで良かったと心から思えるレストランです♬
17時に料理スタートで食文化の談議に花が咲き気が付けば台風並みの大雨の中を夜明け前の1時、ここから仙台のホテルまで約3時間くらいかけて行く予定なのにww
